Al Bateen Executive Airport

25 November 2022 – Abu Dhabi, UAE: Abu Dhabi Airports today announced that Al Bateen Executive Airport has received 4D Accreditation from the General Civil Aviation Authority. A unique and prestigious aviation industry accolade, receiving 4D Accreditation means Al Bateen can now accommodate wide-body aircrafts without operational challenges, limitations or civil aviation pre-approval, thus bolstering the airport’s profile, capacity and future business prospects.

Al Bateen Executive Airport has reopened following the successful completion of a major refurbishment project which will allow the airport to cater to increased operational demand while meeting the highest levels of safety, compliance, and accreditation.

The Abu Dhabi Air Expo 2018 comes to a close today, concluding the 3 day event held at Al Bateen Executive Airport, under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Hazza bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Vice Chairman of the Executive Council of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi.

Abu Dhabi Airports today announced that it has signed a memorandum of understanding with San Bernardino International Airport Authority (SBIAA) linking Al Bateen Executive Airport with San Bernardino International Airport in San Bernardino, California, USA.

Abu Dhabi International Airport welcomed Cobalt Air’s first flight arriving from Larnaca, Cyprus, with the traditional water cannon salute at the capital’s airport at 4:10 am this morning. The maiden flight marks the commencement of a direct service three times a week between Abu Dhabi International Airport (AUH) and Larnaca International Airport (LCA) by Cobalt Air.

The fifth edition of Abu Dhabi Air Expo 2018, held under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Hazza bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Vice Chairman of Abu Dhabi Executive Council, is all set to take flight tomorrow at Al Bateen Executive Airport, the first dedicated business aviation airport in the region.

Al Bateen Executive Airport, the region’s first dedicated business aviation airport, is showcasing its facilities and services at the Dubai Airshow 2017 running from 12th-16th November at Al Maktoum International Airport.

Abu Dhabi Airports announced today that it has selected 19 candidates from its National Development Program (NDP) to join the Operational Readiness and Airport Transfer (ORAT) team, which was launched earlier this year to prepare the Midfield Terminal Building for operations.

Jaheziya is a leading company that provides training services in the fields of safety, security, and firefighting.
